1. Sweepstakes Period
The Qolico Launch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on August 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 15, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Qolico’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Qazium LLC dba Qolico (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter
No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.
Primary Entry Method:
Visit qolico.com and complete the Q-Crew reservation process by providing your name, email address, and size preference. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Founder’s Circle Bonus Entries:
Participants who upgrade to Founder’s Circle membership during the Sweepstakes Period will receive two (2) additional bonus entries, for a total of three (3) entries.
Alternative Entry Method (No Purchase Required):
To enter without making any purchase or commitment, send an email to sweepstakes@qolico.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Limit one (1) free entry per person via this method.
Entry Limits: Maximum of three (3) total entries per person, regardless of entry method(s) used. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: $500 Qolico Store Credit
The prize consists of five hundred dollars ($500) in store credit to be used exclusively on qolico.com for Qolico merchandise. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store credit expires twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance. Store credit cannot be used for preorders, reservations, or Q-Crew programs, and is only valid for completed, in-stock merchandise purchases. If winner’s order total is less than $500, the remaining credit balance will remain in their account. If order total exceeds $500, winner is responsible for paying the difference.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.00
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 2, 2026 by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Winner Verification and Requirements
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If any required documents are not returned within the specified time period, if any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
The store credit will be applied to the winner’s qolico.com account within ten (10) business days of winner verification. Winner will receive email confirmation when credit is applied to their account. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries; or for electronic transmission errors, technical failures, or interrupted or unavailable network connections that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate.
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize if required by law.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at qolico.com/privacy. By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
13. Winner’s List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Qolico Sweepstakes Winner, Qazium LLC, 2110 W Slaughter Ln, Ste 107-693, Austin, TX 78748, postmarked within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
